Lanyun "Finch" Huang is a London-based queer artist. She holds an MA from Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London. As Lanyun, she creates conceptually driven, body-based performances that often take place in everyday or disruptive settings, emphasising temporality and sensory intervention through the body. As Finch, she makes theatrical works rooted in queer nightlife, collective energy, and folk mythology. Her practice moves across live art, performance, video, installation, and curation, engaging with identity, structures of desire, improvisation, and the shifting dynamics between performer and audience, grounded in a critical reflection on social structures and the politics of visibility.
